25 act score already applied and sent in my transcrip like last wekek but I'm going to send in my 27 because i'm freaking out about getting in, it's my number 1 choice right now

i just got 2 c's my junior year so i'm worried but my class schedule was hard and i took 2 ap's...i'm taking 3 this year so 5 ap total...i've only ever taken honors or ap classes

<p>You have a strong application, especially with that 27 (definitely send it asap) and with those classes. </p>
<p>BTW, is that a weighted or un-weighted GPA? Were you able to calculate or estimate an RAI? </p>

Your RAI is 284 which is well above the minimum required for OOS, engineering, etc. And this is with your 25ACT. I used a class rank of 50% as an estimate.</p>
<p>The key for you, roxi, is that you have 4 or more years in each of the college prep areas. The RAI formula gives a lot more weight to this than to a two-point improvement in ACT (although I’d still submit that better score).</p>
<p>Do not overthink their admissions process. RAI is IT. ECs - don’t care. AP - don’t care. Cat-petting at the animal shelter - don’t care. Found a cure for cancer - don’t care.</p>
<p>Do your own calcuation, but as I see it, you’re in!</p>
<p>Roxi, I agree with Beast…you should feel confident. I’d still send that 27 in – better safe than sorry, and there is a chance you could qualify for merit aid.</p>
