Would you be applying to CAS? Are you a US citizen?

Yes and yes!

You definitely have a solid chance.

Your class rank, SAT score, and subject tests look great. Your ECs seem solid too. As far as I can tell from what you have written here, the only weakness I see is the lack of any “Wow Factor” ECs. How you explain your ECs and how you write your essays will be very important.

Work hard on your essays. Get feedback from others, and hone them.

Applying ED would be helpful. You can do it.

Your class rank and SAT’s are very good. That will definitely boost your chances. You might want to expand your EC’s a bit more, but if you leave it as it is you still have a solid chance of getting in. I agree with the previous poster that you have to work hard on your essays, and than you should be fine.

No one can say how Penn will decide but you look very, very good as an applicant.

Good except would be help if you had some sports or work experience noted.

Stats - check
Extracurriculars - I see two good leadership positions, the rest being “member” of so-and-so club. I don’t see a particular focus in your ec (human rights?). I think you could’ve enhanced your application by finding mentors to sponsor you for research or perhaps entering some science competitions.

Right now, you seem to me as a good fit for an IR/Polisci major, not Biochemistry
