in short:
maybe. get your test scores up--that's a pretty long list of 4's, but you can probably compensate with higher SATs. Give it a go.

Schools like Wellesley are very hard to predict admissions for. You definitely have a chance of getting in ED. What makes you stand out as an applicant? Sure, your SAT is a bit below average, but that most definitely is not the only thing Wellesley cares about. By the way, you do have good AP scores like the above poster said, but don't expect to get any credit. Wellesley only gives credit for fives and AP scores aren't accepted for ES100.

Schools like Wellesley ARE hard to predict for, flutterbyhigh was correct. Wellesley has a pretty wide range of test scores. Academically you look fine--test scores and GPA are great. But I don't think you can get in easily without a really good essay. Otherwise you look pretty generic and Wellesley wants people who can really make a difference, who aren't just academic machines. A unique essay can help you, as can community service and work experience.
