You're good at St. John's, Hunter, Stonybrook and Fordham.

Chances are decent at Brooklyn College and NYIT.

JHU and NYU would be reaches, while Fordham is a match.

I graduated this past June, and am currently taking a year off and applying to the CUNY Honors College at Hunter, too! Last year, my two top choices were Fordham and NYU. I was accepted at both, and my SAT/ACT scores were around your range. I didn't take any AP classes in high school, and about two Honors courses. I have no idea how I got lucky enough to be accepted into these programs--especially NYU--but I'm thinking that being a theatre major gave me an edge, because my audition was considered just as much as my app. I would say you have no problem with Fordham...and while I hardly got any financial aid, I have a friend who is "dirt poor" (as she describes herself) and received almost a full ride. Good luck, and let me know about the CUNY Honors College!

Thank you very much for the reply. I really appreciate it.
