I'm looking at:
Cornell
U Penn
Columbia
Johns Hopkins
Tufts
Duke
Washington University
Colgate
Dartmouth
Case
Anything else around that level (I would look to look at my options and find the more scientifically oriented colleges, something that will get me on a medical career track, but also I like physics a lot and would like to minor in that).

Anyway, so what do my chances look like? I go to a fairly challenging school high school and my college guidance councellor told me I have a chance at these school, as well as a few others. I just wanted a second opinion and perhaps more of a feel of just how much of a reach some may or may not be. Notice that case is there for the strong medical program and its high acceptance of it's students into it's graduate school. Also if possible, is there any school of similar level that's good for medicine? Thanks in advance.

ur in at case, tufts, colgate, washington, but the ivies, as with most qualified ppl, are still a reach

I heard that in recent years Washington University has become harder to get into than say...Cornell?

Also what about Johns Hopkins? That's not Ivy...

Ehh well before I leave the boards for the night I suppose I might add. I am a minority, egpytian to be exact. For that matter, how should a guy like my indicate his nationality? The term African American has caused some of my friends discomfort because they feel I would be abusing the system, while I am not asian by any manner, and the option for Mediterranean usually does not appear while the term Middle Eastern basically does not exist on a college application form. What should I put down...
