Can I get instate if I lived through sophomore year?

So I lived in Colorado for 10 years, from 1st grade through sophomore year. We moved to Massachusetts for junior year and are staying there for senior year. I saw on one site that anyone who moved before senior year would be eligible for instate tuition, but I don’t know if this is also the case for those who moved before junior year. Does anyone know if I can qualify as instate?
