So I lived in Colorado for 10 years, from 1st grade through sophomore year. We moved to Massachusetts for junior year and are staying there for senior year. I saw on one site that anyone who moved before senior year would be eligible for instate tuition, but I don’t know if this is also the case for those who moved before junior year. Does anyone know if I can qualify as instate?
Four Year Rule If your parents (or court-appointed legal guardians) maintain Colorado domicile for four years and establish domicile elsewhere, you will remain eligible for in-state tuition if: a. Your parents leave Colorado after your junior year of high school and if you enroll at a Colorado public college or university within three years and six months after your parents leave Colorado.
