I have a GPA of 3.68 and my sat scores were 1500 combining all three sections. I'm in 2 ap classes and have decent ec's and recs. I'm only applying because the school I got into before is too expensive. I don't want to pay the app fee if I don't have a good chance.

Here are the mean averages and test scores for CUNY schools:

You’re sure to get into CSI, Lehman, John Jay, and York, and you have a very good shot at CCNY and Brooklyn, with Queens, Hunter, and Baruch being reaches. So you can pick 2 from the safeties, plus CCNY and Brooklyn, plus one from the reaches, and you’re sure to get into some.
Oh, if that matters: CSI got brand-new dorms, Lehman has some housing, as well as CCNY.

I echo what @MYOS1634 said.
