Hello, I am a rising senior and completely confused about which universities to apply to. I have a 4.0 GPA but I transferred to a early collegiate high school junior year (big mistake) so as a result I am not in AP courses, all my classes double as community college classes. I am also not in sports, which is a big disadvantage. On the other hand, I am president of 2 out of school community service teen boards with over 200 volunteer hours, I intern at a crisis line and spent the summer working with under priveleged teens at a camp through the same organization (dedication to one cause), I have a year round job and I am a class officer/student government officer. I also have a 2250 SAT score and over a 700 in math 2 and us history subject tests. Would I have a chance at any prestigious university? I always conidered myself smarter and more dedicated then most of my peers, but now I feel completely underqualified and im freaking out!

It’s normal to freak out when you first go on CC.

You will get into a college, only if you want some ideas, here are some questions that need answers:

What are your intended major(s)?

What’s your budget?

What are your geographical preferences?

What size of college do you prefer to attend?

It depends on how you frame yourself.

Are you in RCHS?
