Can i get into a high level college/UC with this?

I have a weighted 3.8 GPA, I took 12 AP classes and passed some of the tests. The one thing that brings me down is I get a C+ on math about once every two semesters(but I skipped 6th grade math), the rest of my classes I do well in. I want to be a lawyer and I am president of my mock trail team, I am on the track team for 4 years, I went to fencing nationals (not in high school) and want to continue to fence, I also went to boys state union in CA where I passed the bar there. My first SAT that i took with no studying was a 1300 I plan to retake it and study. I am going to take 2 subject tests in October in US history and math 2. With all of this can I get into a high level collage like Berkeley or any UC that has great law. I am also planning on sending my application to Ivy league schools for the off chance that it works ( probably not) what are my chances?

Your GPA is an issue since the UC’s are very GPA focused. All but 3 UC campuses have average UC GPA’s above 4.0. You are in range for most of the UC’s but just based on stats, UCB/UCLA and even UCSD are likely. Bump up your test scores, write some compelling essays and have some standout EC’s, you could get in. It is Ok to have a few Reach schools on your list, but also find some solid Match and Safety schools on your list.
UCD/UCSB/UCI/UCSC and UCR are more realistic

Check the Freshman UC profiles to compare:

Sorry, meant to post that UCLA/UCB and UCSD are “unlikely”.
