<p>Assuming no hooks someone with an excellent application and 3.65 gpa would probably have little chance at top 10 schools but a decent chance at schools close to the bottom of the top 20. Obviously this is highly dependent on how rigorous your school is but I have had a hard time believing there are very many non-hooked students with 3.65 gpas at top 10 schools regardless of the rigor of the high school.</p>
