Can I get into a Top College for Business or Economics with these statistics?

Hello All,

I attend a very competitive high school in Silicon Valley and am very concerned about my prospects for entering colleges. I am wondering if my stats are good enough to enter a top college (Ivy League, UCLA, UC Berkeley, UChicago, NYU) with a focus in business or economics.

Me (in no particular order)
3.83 GPA not weighted/(have not calculated weighted yet)
My school doesn’t offer A+, A-, B+, B- so its just the letter grade.

I’m very concerned for my future–I want to get into a good college for business or economics and I worry that my atrocious GPA will throw me out of the running for most of the schools. In my area, it is very competitive and I hear and see all sorts of people who are far more accomplished than I. I am really ashamed that I did so poorly–my injury deterred my success in 9th and 10th grade. Does anyone have experience with the colleges I mentioned above or just speculate on my general options right now? Please give honest answers (frank if necessary).

Thanks very much.

EDIT: I am entering 12th grade next year. I have not applied to any colleges yet–I probably should have made it more clear.

EDIT: For what it is worth, I also do a lot of Coursera courses (all with certificates) for all kinds of things: Finance and Markets, Business, Economics, Philosophy, Public Speaking, Psychology, Neurology, Mathematics, Programming (C, Java, R, C#, JS, Python, Swift, Android, PHP, Ruby, Perl), Health, Law (my favorite), Literature, History. I do 5 or 6 at a time so I cover a lot. (I also spend way too much time on Coursera)

These stats are great for getting into any of the colleges you have listed. I wouldn’t be suprised if you got into all of them.
