Can I get into a top tier school?

I am currently a junior, and am wondering what types of schools I would be accepted at. Are my expectations too high?? I'm currently looking at schools like Northwestern and Wesleyan.

I have a 3.89 unweighted GPA, and a 4.47 weighted one.
I'm currently taking the highest classes I possibly can in my grade, except for math (I am in the honors level of the "normal" math for my grade, which most gifted students take at least a year early).
On my first SAT I scored a combined score of a 1230; a 690 on verbal and a 540 on math (my math is low, but I also have an acredited learning disability in the area).
I have extracurricular activities, but not extensive ones.

are u planning to take SATs over again? (i suspect u are since u said ur 'first' time.

yeah, I'm going to take them over again... but it'll be the new ones

My D's SAT scores went up by 110 points from her first to her 3rd test so work on that. She did not study as much as she should have so some of that is just test familiarity. Colleges look more at GPA then test scores but the scores are imp. This year maybe less so since it is a transition year
