Can I get into an art class by showing up on the first day (I'm waitlisted)?

<p>I was wondering: do the art classes at Davis worked like chem and bio labs where people on the wait list will hang out at the class and hopefully get a spot if a person already added doesn’t show up on the first day?</p>
