<p>yes, miami and penn state'll probably be the easiest for you to get in....but your minority status helps i suppose and IB is good. EC's are okay as well. Write good essays and you'll have a shot</p>
<p>OK, Steven's been posting the same crap on everyone's thread. Don't listen to him. You minority status, intense curriculum (IB), and high SAT math/science scores will get you into a lot of those places.</p>
<p>UNC is very unlikely for you out of state, as well as UVA. I believe Cornell and UCLA will be extreme reaches. Penn State University Park will be somewhat of a reach for you since their admissions is 2/3 gpa and 1/3 SAT. I think your best shot is Miami.</p>
