Not sure if correct, but US News reports that only two (2%) percent of students in frats & just one (1%) percent in sororities at West Virginia University.
With respect to majors: Engineering is the most popular, followed by business.

Do have bio and chem? No APs? Your IBD is not especially engineering leaning. Does your school force you into the HOA and English HLs? How are you doing in HL physics? Are you likely to get the diploma?
make sure you are clear on how your target schools accept you to the engineering major (some won’t be direct admit) have a plan to go to a school were you might drop out of engineering and pick another major. Have the discussion with dad about how his financing would look if you are weeded or drop out.
