Can I get into any school?

I wanted to know if i could get into any school at this point. I’ve been reading some of the things people do to get accepted into Ivy League schools and I just gave up at that point. There’s really nothing special about me other than I think I’m smart (but now I’m not really sure after reading what some people have done). I’m currently a sophomore on an online school and have straight A’s but only one honors class. I’m gonna go back to public school for my junior year, but is it too late to think about Ivy League schools? What can I do to get into one of these schools? I don’t have any clubs or sports that i go to, but I can start this summer. What programs increases the likes of me getting into a great school? as for my academic classes I take:

Algebra 2
Chemistry
English 10
HOPE Core
United States History Honors
Zoology

For next year, I’m thinking about taking:

English 11 Honors
Pre Calculus /w Trigonometry Honors
Physics 1
Government Honors or World History 2 Honors
Academy - Exploring Health Sciences/Language of Medications or Pharmacy Technician
I dont know what electives to take maybe a language since I’ve never taken that class

9th grade classes that I took (This was also on the online school, but I felt I was slacking off that year):

Biology - A
English 9 - A
Business & Entrepreneurship - B
Intro to Nursing - A
Geometry - B
World History - A

I’m open to recommendations and would greatly appreciate it!

*Also I’m not a very good writer so I might take a summer class for that if recommended

It’s impossible for us to assess your prospects right now. See how things go next year. Take the typical battery of standardized tests, beginning with the PSAT in the Fall (followed by the ACT, SAT, and possibly at least one SAT Subject Test). Your junior grades and test scores will be critical. Join some extracurricular activities that interest you, not simply to fatten up your application. Get to know your teachers, since you will probably need some recommendations. Once you have a sense of how you compare to your peers, you can begin to assemble a list of target schools. Are you interested in the Health Care industry? What state are you located in? Will you need a significant amount of financial aid? I’m sure that you can get into a four-year college somewhere. One glaring shortcoming is the absence of a foreign language. Not all colleges require one, but the most selective ones do. Is there any chance you can include that in your junior and senior schedules? I think colleges might be forgiving if you weren’t able to study a foreign language while homeschooled, but you are reducing your options if you have none on your transcript at all.
