can i get into any UC's and CSUs

<p>ok so I'm a senior in high school and my major is computer science
my SAT:1860 (630 in math, writing, and reading)
my ACT:29 (math:33/ writing:29/ reading:30/ science: 27)
but my math and reading avg for my act the highest is 33
raw gpa is 3.79
uc gpa is 4.1
csu gpa is 4.0
SAT Bio:690
SAT Math 2:590 (i don't know if i should post this cause its super low)
service learning:200+
work:assistant tennis instructor
and lots of extracurricular activites
soo. would i be able to get into UCD, UCI, UCSB. UCLA, UCSC, Cal poly SLO, UCSD, UCB</p>

<p>What is your residency status? If you are in-state, UCLA, UCB, UCSD would be reaches. UCD, UCI, UCSB, and Cal Poly are matches.
The rest are low matches.</p>

<p>Why wouldn’t UCSD be a match or high match? His ACT and GPA are at the average for California residents. Sure his SAT isn’t at the average but since they only consider the higher one it shouldn’t matter.</p>

<p>I would say you’re a match for all except LA and Berkeley.
I don’t think LA and Berkeley are out of reach if you’re applying in-state. if you are not an OOS applicant, and you write fantastic essays, you have a chance.

<p>His major is CS, which has slightly higher standards. UCSD may be a low reach/ high match.</p>
