Can I get into any UC's (updated)

Hi, this is a update to my last post, but I'm an incoming senior and i've been wondering if I had a chance for any of the UC's or schools like Barnard (any of the seven sisters schools), Pepperdine, Chapman, Johnson and Wales, or NYU. I'll list my updated info:

-3.29 gpa (weighted, but this is without my senior year first semester grade added to it.)
-Co-founder and hospitality chairman for FTTP, a school wide program
-Chairman of Outside Activities for Wildcats Against Cancer for 3 consecutive years (participated in Relay For Life all those years)
-Member of the cities library teen council
-Volunteered at the public library since 7th grade, various Cancer research fundraisers since 9th.
-interned with my pediatrician
-played piano since pre-k, took CM tests levels 1-9 (passes 3 levels with honors)
-worked at family restaurant for around a year now.

-SAT Scores:
-Actual SAT Score: 2100
Sat Subject Tests:
-U.S History: 700
-Literature: 720

Also i don't particularly know if this will help but, I had a immense family issue my sophomore year, my dad disowned me as his child because my mom re-married, and mixed with bullying at school and my eating disorder, I just snapped that year and let everything just slip out of my hands. Please comment below on what you think my chances are for these schools.

If you go onto collegeboard.org you can look up all of those schools and check their admission requirements for everything from gpa to SAT/ACT. It even allows you to compare your scores to the half percentile of students that were accepted. hope that helps.

UCs don’t look at senior year grades btw.
And that GPA will probably hurt your chances for most UCs except for maybe UC Santa Cruz and UC Riverside.
But your SAT and ECs are excellent, so maybe some of the middle UCs could recognize that and overlook your GPA, but there’s a good chance they wont unfortunately.
My advice would be to showcase as much passion and interest about your ECs as you possibly can in your essays.
