Can I get into Baylor, A&m, or UT?

Hello
I am currently a Junior, and would love to attend these universities (Baylor, A&m, UT). I was wondering if I have any chance of getting into any of these schools. I have not taken the SAT yet but I will be taking it in the Spring. I am studying for it and am hoping to get a high score on it.

Male/Hispanic
16yrs
Class Rank: 126/783 Top 17%
~Weighted GPA: 3.8
I kinda messed up my GPA my freshman and sophomore year but I’m trying very hard to raise it up. I do know that from this point in high school it’s hard to change it but I’m still trying very hard.

Classes I took my freshman, sophomore, and (currently) Junior year.
~Biology P-AP ~Chemistry P-AP ~Physics AP
~Geometry P-AP ~Algebra 2 P-AP ~Pre-Calc P-AP / Algebra 1 P-AP (taken in 8th)
~World Geography P-AP ~World History AP (scored a 3) ~ US History AP
~English 1 P-AP ~English 2 P-AP ~English 3
~CCA (Construction Careers Academy - Magnet School) - Engineering Strand
~Athletics/Soccer
I do plan to take as many P-AP/AP classes as I can my senior year.

Extra Curricular
~ 9th JV Soccer (Captain), 10th Varsity Soccer, 11th Varsity Soccer (hopefully captain)
~SHPE (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers)
~Science Club
~Volunteered at Special Needs Camp multiple times (429 community service hrs)
~ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) mentorship program
~Planning to join NHS (only for seniors at my school)
~STEM Summer camp at Naval Academy
~attending Engineering h.s. conference at A&m in January (don’t know if this counts)
I know that I’m going to get a lot more community service hrs this year in other things such as in clubs, church, and camps.

I am also open to any suggestions that could help me get in. I really hope I can get accepted.

It’s hard to tell without SAT scores. Assuming you’re applying as an engineering major, I think as long as you make the academic admit cutoff for A&M (1300 CR+M), you’ll be admitted to TAMU and Baylor. If your rank doesn’t change very much, your chances at UT are abysmal, considering how difficult admission to their engineering program is (I personally know a kid who applied for engineering last year in the top 3% of his class with a 36 ACT who wasn’t admitted).
