CP - low reach/high match
UCSB - low reach
UCSC - high match
UCSD - high reach

Human Resources is an emphasis under Business so I am assuming you are applying as a Business major or Economics major at the UC’s since they have no Business major?

Cal poly SLO uses 9-11th grades weighted for their GPA, so what is your CP GPA?

Is your weighted GPA, your UC GPA (10-11th grades)?

What is your UC GPA?

UCSB - low reach

UCSD - high reach (because of your ACT score)

UCR and UCM may be safeties. I think you should consider CSUs too.
