Can I get into Columbia or Yale?

So I am hoping that my tack/xc times will help me in terms of admitance to some competetive schools that aren't necessarily very good track/xc schools.
I live in Georgia btw so basically sea level. and im a junior.
My junior yr times are
4:16-1600m
9:30-3200m
1:54-800m
5k-15:50
(If you dont know anything about track dont think that I am like olympic caliber, basically im probably between 80-150th in the US for juniors)but i might even be wrong.
450ish hours of community service
2060-sat 29-act
I started a club, and organized a fundraiser for the presidential election.
My gpa is a bit low
fresh-3.24
soph-3.65
jr-4.0
sr-Probably 3.85ish
So weighted gpa-3.85 and unweighted is 3.7
I have taken 5 ap classes so far.
I play percussion in band and Jazz Band.
I have 2 REALLY nice letters of reccomendation, (One from my track coach and one from a teacher.
And ive got some other small stuff going for me but its not really worth writing.
Since people say race matters i am 1/2 african american, and 1/2 white.
I was wondering if I would be considered an URM if I check 2 boxes? or should i just check african american.
What would y'all suggest my chances are for colleges.
The ones i had in mind were columbia, cornell, yale, and Harvard.
Basically I would have a small shot at these colleges (minus maybe cornell) w/ out track, but will track and xc significantly help me?

Your GPA and SAT are way too low, unless the coach decides he must have you.

GPA makes up 2/3rds of admission, and unless, for some reason, the coach really, really needs you, I’m sorry to say that you have almost no chance. Unless, of course, you cured a disease or started a 3rd party track club for small children. Sorry OP, try for some other schools. Ivies aren’t the only good colleges out there.
(I ran track all of high school so I get your times. I ran 1:55 in senior year)

You would check mixed race.
