do i have any chance at all...?

It's possible, you do have a lot of ECs. I'd suggest you check out the Columbia board. One of the thread lists a bunch of people's stats and ED accepts/defers/rejects. It'll help give you an idea of where you stand.

reg: 20% in, 80% not in
ed: 25% in, 75 % not in

(main reasons = poor sat ii scores, no hook, 3.56 gpa? that's gonna hurt, an "okay" sat i score, if everything else was good then the 1390 wouldn't stand out, but my friend i don't think you have a good chance at columbia, think more nyu early decision, tufts early decision, etc)

engineering or college? that makes a difference. Of course, I'll assume college, and you have a chance depending on how you portray your activities in the limited EC space they give you.

you have an ok shot...i mean all of your numbers are mediocre for columbia but your ec's seem good. Why didnt you apply early?

Do take a look at the Columbia ED postings. I'm afraid I did not see a soul accepted with an SAT in the 1300s, and there were many exceptional kids deferred. Good luck!

you have a chance.

There were several people with 1300s accepted. There were also people with 1500s and a 3.9x GPA who were flat-out rejected (myself included). You have a shot, but I wouldn't be on it. Columbia doesn't seem to be one of those schools that place major emphasis on athletes and athletic achievements, unless you are being recruted. (I played football and lacrosse)
