<p>I'm currently a Junior in High School at a private school in Maryland
I have a 3.4 unweighted GPA and a 4.0 Weighted GPA
-Taken 7 AP's including...AP European History, AP Calculas, AP Literature I & 2, AP Biolgy and a few more.
SAT-1370/1600(Math and Critical Reading)(670 Reading, 700 Math)
SAT-2070/2400(All Sections)(700 Writing)
-I have volunteered over 150 hours including 100 hours volunteering at a Hospital
-NHS Member for 1 year
-Play in a rock band with my friends(4 years) we practice every week and play a couple shows a year
-1 year working at safeway, and one summer at a mechanic's shop
-I am confident my teachers will write very good recomendations for me(8-9/10)
-So what are my chances for Cornell, NYU, Boston College, UVA, University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins, and Duke?
(P.S) We have a service from our school that graphs acceptance and rejections for every student who applied their for the past 5 years at our school, so contrary to what you may think I know from actual applicants that I am not very far from average for alot(not all) of these schools, I just want to know what you think my chances are for acceptance since I will have to choose where to apply soon. Thanks.</p>
