I have talked to the Cornell track coach over the summer and he is very interested in me along with the yale coach and might put me on his "Recruit List"... Will this help me if im on this list? What are my overall chances to getting into cornell?? Thanks, and God Bless,
Mike

Great GPA, good SATs and ECs. I think you have a good shot.

is there anyone else with an opinion/suggestion?

I can say with about 90% certainty that you'll get in if you go ED. Also, you should e-mail the track coach about getting in the recruitment list since it will help you quite a bit. Just make sure your essays and teacher recs are good.

thanks a bunch...if u dont mind-i have one more question.. would u guys consider cornell a better school than a yale or princeton?im trying to find the best school for me and seeing as most of you guys are students there-i wondered if you could gimme some help
thanks,
Mike

You should probably visit them and see what's best for you...prestige-wise, princeton and yale are better than cornell, but quality doesn't always correspond to prestige.
