So I pretty much want to go to Cornell because I want the “college experience” that art schools like fit and parsons lack (football games, campus feel, etc.)
Also I am not completely settled on the idea of attending a solely art college
So heres what I got
My GPA unweighted is a 93 weighted is a 99 (my school doesn’t do 4.0 scaling)
I have been in all advance classes since jr high
By senior year, I will have taken 9 AP classes
I got a 5 on the ap world exam and haven’t taken this years yet (my first one is tomorrow lol)
I have been dancing since I was 3 and I currently dance 4 hours a week
Im in French honor society and Italian honor society (I like languages), Players (Drama Club) and I have been in my school productions
Im in national honor society and model UN and I was a delegate at NHSMUN for two years
I have taken summer courses at Parsons school of design for fashion illustration and I am currently enrolled in pre-college program at FIT for fashion design
This summer I will take more pre college programs at FIT and also at Savanah College of art and design in order to work on my portfolio
Also I have JRA which is an immune system disease which requires me to take injections of really strong drugs weekly and inhibits me from preforming my best in school due to the severe tiredness from the medicine (idk if that adds anything)
So yeah I’ve heard that it is slightly easier to get into the Human ecology school
But like Cornell is still an Ivy
I just want to know if I even have a chance of being admitted for fashion design
