Can I get into CS at UMD

So I am a HS Senior who really wants to major in CS and CE for college. UMD is one of my top choices, as its in-state and has great STEM programs. My low GPA and SAT, however, are messing with me and making me worry way too much. If it matters, my school is #3 in the state and sends around 60 kids to UMD annually.

Stats:

1350 SAT, 700 reading 650 Math

GPA -3.08
QPA - 4.68 / 6
Ranked 71/267

9 AP classes (I put way too much pressure on myself)

ECs:

Boy Scouts - Life Scout

Robotics team captain

summer camp STEM instructor

Cyberpatriot (Cybersecurity Competition) team captain

Paid intern for school system’s tech support

Unpaid intern for high school’s I.T department

First Chair of school orchestra

Studied abroad for school system exchange program

Worked a few normal min. wage jobs

Awards:

Not sure if this counts, but I am Cisco Certified (CCENT)

My english teachers said that my essay was one of the best they ever read, and I am a URM.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
