Can i get into CSULB, UCM, or any other state univ?

I have a 2.8 gpa with 1400SAT!

Is the GPA calculated by UC/CSU method?
<a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU;

Is the SAT CR+M or CR+M+W? What are the subsection scores?

Are you a California resident?

it’s CR+M+W and yeah i am a california resident!

Long Beach is impacted and competitive, you may want to apply elsewhere. If I remember correctly, I think the uc system has a requirement of a minimum of 3.0 gpa.

So what is your SAT CR+M and what is your GPA calculated by UC/CSU standards?

<a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU; lists the minimum CSU eligibility for California residents. However, this applies only to non-impacted majors at non-impacted campuses – impacted majors or campuses have higher thresholds.

http://www.calstate.edu/sas/impaction-campus-info.shtml</a> lists which CSU campuses are impacted. http://www.calstate.edu/sas/impactionsearch/</a> can tell you which majors at each campus are impacted.

For UCs, you need a 3.0 GPA for minimum eligibility, though most campuses are significantly more selective than that.

i got a 2.79 for gpa and CR+M is 880!
