Can I get into Haas school of Business (UCB) as an undergraduate transfer???

I will be starting as a freshman in a community college this fall. I would like to transfer to UCB in Haas school of Business as a junior. Now I know that UCs have a language requirement for undergraduates. I know 3 languages currently. English (proficient), Bengali (native/proficient), Hindi (conversational level).
I have done two years each of English and Bengali in high school with an A grade. Is this enough to fulfill the language requirement for UCB? Because I donot know languages like French, German, Spanish etc. And without having the slightest idea of them it is unlikely I will do well in them by taking college language classes.

So is proficiency in English and Bengali language sufficient to satisfy UC's language requirement or should I forget about going to UC?

http://www.haas.berkeley.edu/Undergrad/foreign_language.html</a> describes the foreign language requirement for the business school (which appears to be the same as for L&S should you decide to apply to an L&S major).

For Bengali or Hindi, it looks like you would have to get a college department that teaches Bengali or Hindi to give you a placement test indicating that your knowledge is at or above the required level. If you attended a high school where Bengali was the main language of instruction, then your high school records may be considered sufficient.
