Hi,I am pursuing final year civil engineering in India and have 70% (JNTU-H) till now. I’m thinking to take gre and toefl tests.want to know what scores should I get and is my percentage okay to get in structural engineering at illinois. For recommendation letter which lecturer recommendation should I get and I got some extracurricular activity certificates are they of any use for me to get in the university.
