Ok so basically I'm just wondering how much my math scores will hurt me if everything else on my application is completely on par (ecs, recs, essays, etc).

My GPA is a 96
But I have a 2050 on the SAT, with a 630 on the math section.
I am also only submitting one SAT subject test, which is a 740 on Math2.

How much will the 630 hurt me? I'm applying ED and for one of the less competitive science majors. Thanks in advance!

It will hurt you considering the fact that their 25th percentile for math section is 660. However, your SAT II Math 2’s score might be able to balance it out(imo ofc).

Hmm that math score may hurt a bit since you are planning to major in a science, but if the rest of your application is solid, then JHU will be a high match/low reach.

I’m pretty sure ED helps you, and based on personal experience JHU is a high math as long as your recs, ECs, and essays are good. I know someone that got in with a 1950 but the rest was good. Your math score might be a slight blemish but shouldn’t hurt too much.
Good luck, and oh can you chance me back lol?
