Alrighty, here goes:
Cornell- low reach (because of excellent stats + ivy league)
Berkley- mid-match-ish (location location location)
Columbia- reach
UMich- in/match

And calm down. You seem like you’ve got a pretty good plan and it’s only half way through Junior year. You’re on track to go on to great things.

JHU: match
Cornell: match (not reach just b/c they don’t look at your writing SAT score =))
Berkeley: low match
Columbia: reach
UMich.: in

thanks. Im still want to try and bring up my writing score, but i dont want to mess up any of my other scores. I was really lucky. Ususally i avg 800 Math- 760 CR and 700Writing. Would that be any better than what I have now?

bumpman34dsah

i like to bump it bump it

you Do have a chance with any of those schools. Just see whether they think you are a fit to their schools

Hey! You have great SAT scores, even with the low writing score. Your GPA is fine. I don’t think that you have enough extracurriculars, which could be a huge pitfall at these schools.

JHU - reach
Cornell - reach
Berkeley - reach
Columbia - reach
UMich - low match

I see what you mean as far as volume. However, my ECs are very deep and I will be sending recordings in to the colleges so I hope that will help to further how they see this. As far as hours i spend 10/ wk track, 15/ wk violin, 6/ wk teaching, also I forgot to put up I am president of the student council and a class officer. Any suggestions on how i could improve these?
