For you, penguin, please save your time to study to get you GPA and ACT scores higher (believe me, arguing like this costs really a lot of time) if you still want to get to MSU and better schools (as you said, UMich) because getting there is not so easy, especially with 3.1 GPA and 25ACT
And you may use your time to take part in some ECs, don’t waste time on arguing like this.
To answer your question: Compared to my stats (I was admitted to MSU Eli this year), I think if you continue this topic, you will have 10% or less chance, but if you stop wasting your time and do right (or more mature) things, you will have about 40% or even more.</p>
