Can I get into MSU?

Hey guys,
I am currently a junior in high school living in Germany for my Dad’s job. My freshman year and first half of sophmore year I attended a public school in Michigan and had a 3.9 gpa. I moved to Germany after the first half of sophmore year and my gpa dipped down to a 3.8. However, this year as a junior I am taking 5 IB classes and still have a gpa of 3.8. I will be headed back to the same public school in the US for my senior year and I will be taking a 2 AP’s. I got a 1200 on the SAT and am taking the ACT soon. I feel that I am unique because I lived abroad in high school, and I’ve done mission trips, key club and sports in high school. My parents, 2 uncles, 3 aunts and 4 cousins all went to MSU also. Do I have a good chance of getting in? Please let me know!

By MSU I mean Michigan State, in case there’s any confusion

yes you will get in, I got in with far lower grades. You may wanna retake the SAT to get a bit higher just to be safe, but I got in with a 3.3 gpa 1300 SAT

You should not have trouble getting in, but I would try to raise that SAT a bit if you can. Just a bit better SAT will improve your odds of graduating. It is always good to learn a little more English and math.
