Can I get into my dream school? specifically Stanford and UPenn:p

Here's the deal,
Unfortunately i donot have the beeest gpa.My school is a really tough and small school. The highest GPA in my grade(11th) is a 3.8 and I have about a 3.65 and rising. Imdefinitely inthe top 25%percent,im about i guess #7-9 out of 40.My school is IB and im am currently taking the diploma with the hardest classes i can get at my school(spanish A1 higher level, english A2 higher level, history higher level, biology standard level, math standard level, and business and management standard level).Im an international student from dominican republic,my school is constantly ranked as the best school in the country.I am fluent in spanish and english,i know some french and am going to learn italian this year.I know my sat scores will be 2100-2250.I have won many awards in my school such as the friendship, responsability, and respect awards constantly every year.I know i cant get excellent teacher recs.I know my grades arent the best but outside school and extracurrics i do alot better.

I do not waste my summers,
2 summers ago i worked as a volunteer(no pay) counselor at the ymca located where my dad lives for 6 weeks with 6-11 year old boys.I did a great job, they begged me not to leave:p
This past summer I did a business summer program(Education Program for Gifted Youth) at stanford for 3 weeks and got excellent teacher commentaries on my ability to deepen all the discussions within classes ,my ability to see things that all the others couldnt see,and my charisma outside of class. This next summer ill be going to the leadership in the business world(lbw) at UPenn

I am the elected class president.Apparently everyone loves me and they think im the best fit to represent them because i am equally respected among the school and the students(im known in my school :p).Im the only person i can honestly say nobody messes with just because i am greatly respected(i do not impose fear i u think that's my way of gaining respect). All i do is give every single person importance regardless of me knowing them or not and help everyone that needs help). We are in charge of organizing events next year for the school(class gov't) and administrating my class' money which is currently about 3 grand(raised by a monthly payment from all students since september of 9th grade).

I am founder and expresident of project green at my school which is dedicated to make our school greener by recycling and other stuff. We are on our way to take the group outside of school.
Founder and president/spokesman of my school's robotics club.We strive for making robots that can play sports. The club is new and already havemany petitioners to join.this is just for fun :p
Founder and leader/spokesman of the youth community service group. This group was made to inspire the smaller children (6th-8th grade) to do community service and help those in need.I am trying to a role model for them so they can be a role model for others.

I am a distinguished member of the model united nations club at school. We are considered the elite of the school students and joining the group is very hard because it's very selective(they only select about 10 new members each year).I have won the award of distinguished delegation at the international conference of the americas(CILA) as a member of the security council.Iwas one of the 192 of all of the 1500+ participants to be head delegate of a country.Irepresented Saudi Arabia in the General Assembly Plenary.Among those 192 i was chosen as one of the 10 editors of the official resolution paper of the" seal the deal" campaign that is going to be held in copenhaguen by the real united nations.Us the editors personally handed this resolution paper to the dominican republic's president ,Leonel Fernandez, for him to take to copenhaguen in december as representatives of the youth in the dominican republic. I am also on my way to being the secretary-general or president of the club , or so im told by the teacher in chargeof the group.I am always part of the cultural event and have been chosen as spokesman for the group.

I have an executive management diploma form a local business school.I have two jobs.I currently work at the dominican stock exchange and at the marketing deparment of a local company. Both jobs are voluntary and i receive no pay.

Last year i organized and was spokesman of a golf tournament. The profit was entirely given to the Robert Reid Children's Hospital here in the city.I managed to get many big name sponsors of local and international companies(for example:coca-cola and presidente).I visited their representatives in person and had to convince them to donate. We raised about 1,000,000 pesos which roughly translates into 30,000 dollars. It was utterly hard but managed.
hobbies:
I love music.Iplay guitar and am contemplating on joining a choir with some friends and receiving drum lessons.I also impart begginer guitar lessons to some of my friends for free.I enjoy writing.I write lyrics, love letters, and poetry.I love photography and have fun taking pictures everywhere i take my camera to.One ofmy passions is film.I LOVE FILM,DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO ABOUT IT.:P
i enjoy going out and being with my friends.

I have 4 dream schools which i wish i could get in which are:Stanford(1st choice atw),Upenn,Princeton, and Yale.
The other current schools on my list are:Notre dame, columbia, babson, nyu, university of michigan, harvard, university of virginia, university of chicago, duke, darmouth, cornell, usc ,georgetown, villanova, northwestern, boston college.
yes i know long list i need to shorten it :p
I know most of these are hard schools to get into but i wanna know what my opportunities are? and none of this is a lie btw

Thx for any responses they would be very appreciated, please tell me what i could do to improve my chances.

I’m not an expert at this but I’d say you definitely have a shot. Your school seems to be very rigorous yet you’re still a top student with great extracurriculars. What are your test scores?

be careful…you don’t want to be too humble…

“I do not waste my summers”…“I did a great job, they begged me not to leave”…"Apparently everyone loves me "…“I am a distinguished member of the model united nations club”…“I am also on my way to being the secretary-general or president of the club”…

Honestly, sounds like you’d prefer to be at a small school. You have accomplished a lot, that’s true, but there are only 40 in your class. You like being a big fish in a small pond. Wonder how this would feel if you were in a school w/ 650 in your graduating class. That’s why I suggest you seriously look at LACs.

Right on Lima Beans. Impossible to know without an SAT score but Harvard, Yale and Princeton are not worth the application fee unless you have near perfect SATs considering your class rank (barely top 25%). You seem to be very confident in yourself but there is no way to know that your SATs will be 2100 to 2250 until you get the scores.

I am going to predict that you will end up at Syracuse.

ur dominican
so, you may have a good chance

im sorry if i sounded cocky and sorta arrogant ,im not like that.I was just repeating what the people around me say.Iknow it is almost impossible to predict the sat scores but i will try my hardest to attain that score, and thanks for the insight about the HYP scores

and also,i dont mind being a small fish in a huge pond the problem is that unfortunately in the country the largest graduating class from any school u’ll get would be about 80.

Each of these schools will probably accept obne student from your country. If you’re the top pplying, you’re in luck.

I missed the Dominican thing. You should be happy at any 4-year college in the U.S.
