School just started and I'm now a Junior in High School. My first two years of high school didn't go very well grade-wise because I really didn't have any study skills, but I plan on working a lot harder this year. Hopefully I can manage to get straight A's. These are my stats right now.

I'm really going to try hard this year to get my grades up and get more involved. I also plan on volunteering at the St.Louis Science center and get a research internship this summer. However, Im kind of worried about whether or not I can get into the schools that I want to as a Biomedical Engineering major.

Schools I want to go to:
-Duke
-Wash. U
-Georgia Tech
-Johns Hopkins
-University of Michigan
-Boston University
-Case Western Reserve University
-University of Texas(austin)
-UC Berkley
-University of Washington
-Purdue University

Do I have a chance of getting into these schools? Any Advice on building a better application? Any other schools that you know of that have really good Biomedical Engineering program?

Any input would be greatly appreciated :)
