My top schools are UMich, Notre Dame, UNC, UVa, Wake Forest, BC, and other schools around the BU, Northeastern range. I have a 2000 (1360 old school) on the SAT and I have a 3.4 weighted gpa. I go to a prestigious high school in Boston and I have taken 7 AP classes. My extra curriculars are very strong and I think my essay is very good. I know that most of these schools are reaches but I should be able to get into some, right? Michigan is my favorite but I’d be happy going to any of them. I know my gpa is low but my sat is in most of those school’s ranges.
With a 3.4 weighted GPA Northeastern is a reach no matter how prestigious your high school is. At BU CGS is pretty much a safety if you chose that option, otherwise a match.
Same for Michigan, ND, UVA, and UNC. High reaches for you.
Boston Latin??? I live right outside of Boston, so I am familiar with the school difficulty. If you go to Boston Latin, then I understand why your GPA is low, but honestly that GPA is low even for unweighted. What is your uw GPA? All of those schools are high reaches.
