I've already gotten into THE Ohio State University, University of Cincinnati, and Case Western Reserve University. I've also been deferred by MIT.

In addition, I applied to Northwestern and Duke. Northwestern is my top choice, so what do you believe are my chances of being accepted? What about Duke and MIT as well?

You’re presenting a mixed bag:
Class rank, ACT score, the Math II score, the 5s on APs and presumably your transcript are all impressive.
The Physics score and the 3s on APs are not.
Overall, I think you are a very competitive candidate, but of course NU gets a lot of those.
Good luck!

You say 4.3 GPA - is that weighted or unweighted? Is that a 5.0 or 4.0 scale? And if you are taking Calc BC as a SR, how is it you report a 5 on the AP Calc BC test?

Despite the questions I have based on the holes from your self-reporting, your stats look good to me, and getting wait-listed, not denied by MIT, is a good sign. Your admitance potential could rest upon what state are from, quality of your school, and how you might fit other criteria that the AdComs are looking to fill for your class.
