Can I get into OSU if I slacked off Freshman/Sophomore year?

Freshman- UW: 3.428 W: 3.428
Sophomore- UW: 3.323 W: 3.422
Junior- UW: 4.0 W: 4.5

I’m in all Honors and AP courses and have volunteer hours as well as a 34 on my ACT, and extra curricular activities. I’m just worried my lackluster freshman and sophomore year might screw me. Thoughts? Thanks.

Your ACT probably makes up for your low GPA. If your applying to anything other than engineering youre probably good. Engineering is harder to get into so not sure about that.
