Hi everyone,
I’m new to this site and I found a lot of helpful info here. I wanted some advice about going to Pepperdine (my dream school). I’m currently a junior at one of the top high schools in my state. I just received my ACT scores back: got a 22 
, but my overall gpa is a 3.99 and I’m taking about 4 AP classes throughout high school. I do have some good EC’s: I played in the Orchestra during freshman and part of sophomore year, I’m currently doing robotics team and NHS and plan to do one or two more ECs next year. I volunteer at a Jewish food pantry that helps the needy; I myself am a Jewish male which I heard are both advantages in terms of diversity amongst college campuses, especially Pepperdine. I want to major in pre-dental there. Do I have a good shot? Any Advice? BTW I’m retaking the ACT in a week or so and I’m considering getting a tutor. Pepperdine’s ACT composite range is 27-31 according to their website.
