My last school year, sophomore year, GPA was a 3.53 uw, but the end of my junior year I got five “A’s” and one “B”…like so:
AP LANG: A
AVID: A
Spanish 3: A
Precalculus: B
US History: A
Anatomy and Physiology (Lab science): A
But since I moved, my official report card failed to send to my new house and I don’t know what my new current GPA is.
Extracurriculars:
Red Shirt Internship: 180.5 hours
Sheriffs Department Explorer program: 360+ hours
Hoag Hospital Candy Striper: N/A (I’m just starting)
My senior year I will be taking AP LIT, AP STATS, AP SPANISH 4, Gov/Econ, AVID 4, and Sports Medicine (Which now counts as a lab science in my school).
So, now that you know that I am an incoming senior and very involved within my community, can you guys tell me what my chances are of getting into SDSU, UofA, or ASU as a nursing major? I know these majors are VERY competitive, but is what I’m doing remotely enough to even be accepted? I have a deep interest in the medical field, but I am not the greatest standardized tester. I will be applying to calstate long beach and san francisco state too. I will be applying to a lot of cal states too, mainly because I know for a fact that I cannot get into a UC
