I love history and politics so I interned for a local congresswoman, doing campaigning for her and even got a letter of rec from her.
I started a historical debating club in school, i've been its president since sophomore year.
I'm a freelance political columnist for the school paper
I'm in NHS, NHHS and NSHS and Mu Alpha Theta (National Math Honors Society)
Over the summer I went to Poland to study Polish and took college classes there, i also had an internship with a Polish software company.
The summer before that I went to Paris and studied French, also taking college classes but no internship.
I go to a high school which is ranked number 80 in the country.
So can I get in?
Im a senior in high school and I just applied last month (December).

Your ECs are really strong and unique. You’re probably in at UCLA, but your GPA and SAT might hurt you for UCB and Stanford. GPA is about average for UCB (weighted, your UW is below average). hopefully they look past those! you’re a strong applicant I’d say

hmm…i think you have a great chance at uc’s… but if you want to get into stanford, your gpa and sat should be a bit higher…your ec’s look good tho…so good luck!

chance me?
