Can I get into TAMU liberal arts college?

<p>I really want to go to A&M but I'm nervous that I won't get in. Here's my info-</p>

<p>ACT- 20
SAT- 1560 (reading, writing and math), 1020 (math and reading)
GPA- 3.1
-President of one club (school spirit club)
-in yearbook (2 years)
-historian of another club (PAWS)
- failed 1 semester of precal
- I also have done volunteer work, and a church mission trip
- I have had a total of three different jobs, 1 that i worked at for two summers in a row.
I plan on taking my ACT again and I'm really trying to get at least a 23! I'm going into my senior year (c/o 2015) of high school and I am applying early admissions. What are my chances of getting into the liberal arts college? I want to do PR/Advertising.
