Can I get into the University of Washington?

I am out of state, and am going to be a junior. My current unweighed for freshmen and sophomore year gpa is a 3.77, weighed 4.32. The first semester of sophomore year I had a 3.5 unweighted but second semester I brought it up to a 3.83. My extracurriculars are marching band and I have been doing piano for 10 years, and I’m going to start volunteering at a hospital next week so by the end of my junior year I will have had about 150 volunteering hours from the hospital. I have not taken the SAT yet but with studying and my current practice scores I believe I will get a score between 1380-1400. Sophomore year I took APUSH and got an A in the class and a 5 on the AP test, as a junior I’m going to be doing AP Gov, Macroeconomics, Psychology, and Lang for english. If I keep it up with a 3.85 unweighted gpa for both semesters as a junior (in other words one B per semester) do I have a chance of getting in? I know my extracurriculars aren’t super impressive and I know that it’s competitive for out of state so I was just wondering. Thank you!!

Probably
