Can I get into the UT Austin School of Business (Red McCombs)?

Hey,

Here are my stats:
Local Texas resident, top 5% of my class
2050 on my SAT
5.3 out of 6 Weighted GPA
3.9 Unweighted GPA
Taken 10 AP Classes
Taken 5 PAP Classes
Varsity Tennis, NHS, NTHS, DECA, BPA, STUCO
An Independent study class where I’m under the mentorship of a business professional (He went to UT BHP so I know he can write a good rec letter)
Over 150 volunteer hours

Could someone please tell me how UT goes through their application process? Also what are my chances of getting in to the business school or even the BHP program. Also, I’m Indian, can you tell me if ethnicity is a factor that I have to worry about?

Can anyone please elaborate a little? Im still a junior so I can improve on areas if needed.

I think you should try to improve your SAT score by a 100 or so points, at least to 2100. And your weighted GPA is kinda low comparatively. Unweighted GPA and rank are great! McCombs probably looks a lot at rec letters and essays cause I got in even though I’m only top 20%.
