But, Just became 2nd in one exam, because of my illness.

All of my teachers, Personal recommender, counselor, special interest recommender submitted excellent recommendations about me (they said me). Because, All of them loves me the most! I wrote my every single essay with passion. I described myself through these.

    I’m also interested in “Track & Field”. My personal best is: 100m in 11.39 seconds.

About SSAT exam: Already gave my SSAT test on 6th Jan.I tried my best. Hope I will able to score minimum 1900.
(N.B: Phillips Exeter Academy gave me the fee for my SSAT exam. They said they liked me. That’s why I gave the SSAT without any cost! )

Phillips Academy waved both of “SSAT’s Fee & Application fee” after seeing my application’s 1st part. Every other school also, waved my “Application Fee”, after seeing my Application’s 1st part

My first choice is: “Phillips Exeter Academy”. But, I’m not neglecting others. If I get chance, I will be admitted to one of the other schools too.

Interview: Going to give Exeter’s Interview tomorrow. Hope, I will able to do well. I have scheduled other school’s interview
too.

So, what do you think my chances are to be accepted? I really need Full (100% scholarship).

Probably not likely for full Financial Aid

I think your chances are great; have you taken the TOEFL?

It is hard to earn a scholarship as an international student. Please don’t take it personally if you don’t end up getting admitted. You are smart, ambitious, and a hard worker. I have a feeling you will do great things in life no matter where you get your education. Good luck!

@applier1 no. Because, I’m from a English Medium school.!

@CaliMex Thank you for you support and taughts mam :slight_smile:

@Center can you please say me why?

@khanshaheb re @CaliMex it is very difficult to get aid as an international student. Honestly I think it should be. Many Americans cant afford these schools and do not get full aid and it should be extremely difficult to get aid as an international student–which it is. Most international students tend to be full pay for this reason. You seem like a motivated and excellent student but there are 1000s of students just like you applying from all over the USA and internationally and they are all highly qualified --they cant give financial aid to everyone.

@Center thank you so so much for you kind informations sir/madam!

It doesnt mean you cant or wont get it from a school. You might but I wouldnt count on it.

As stated by @Center, your chances are already very very low as an international applicant for full financial aid. In all honesty, I don’t see something special you can give to the school. Also, I believe a 1900 SSAT converts to a very low percentile.

@babymalcolm :frowning: :frowning: . What about you?

Just as everyone else here has said, your chances are slim because of your financial aid requirements and international status. Then again, every applicant’s chances are pretty slim for the schools you’re applying to. I hope that you can get admitted, but for a majority of applicants, particularly those who require F/A, it’s a crapshoot. Don’t stress yourself out about admissions too much.

@khanshaheb, in your Exeter interview, you may want to double-check about the TOEFL. Exeter’s website states, “We strongly recommend the TOEFL for students who do not speak English as a primary language and haven’t been in an English-speaking school for the last two years.”

@GoatMama I’m in a English Speaking school for the last 5 years!

@Caratastrophe thank you sir/mam,
Thank you so much for you encourage :slight_smile:

If you don’t do well on the reading and verbal on the SSAT, you might want to take the TOEFL just to prove your English competence.

@babymalcolm thank you so much!
I’m going to give my Exeter’s interview tomorrow to an alumni. Can you please say me, what questions he will ask me?

I don’t want to be that guy because you seem like a very genuine and kind person, but seeing some of your use of grammar and syntax through your comments and posts, you might still want to look at taking the TOEFL. Your schools are all high reaches, and I’m not sure if that’s necessarily plausible under your financial-aid and international status. Best of luck through the admission process!

Just to give you an example…my DS is a URM, had similar grades, multiple ECs with awards, got state recognition for SAT score in 7th grade, very very high 90s on SSAT, AAA hockey player & noted to be best on team, in addition to a captain. He scored Platiunum on National French exam (meaning 109%) etc etc. and we were waitlisted to all of the schools you have listed except PEA/Choate, to which he did not apply, plus a few others. And we did not need full…so, I don’t think anyone will be able to answer your question except to say needing FA greatly reduces the chances of admission…
