Can I get into these Engineering Grad schools with a 3.3 gpa?

I have a 3.3 gpa in a Systems and Control Engineering BS degree at Case Western Reserve University. I have an 8-month Coop internship in industry and a summer research job (for an engineering professor) under my belt.

I want to pursue a Masters of Science degree NOT a phd so I don't know how relevant that work experience will be. I'm looking to go into the area of robotics and controls, which means I will have to apply to apply to the Electrical or Mechanical Engineering department depending on the university. These are the schools to which I want to apply:

University of Southern California
UC-LA
Northwestern
Columbia
UC-Berkeley
University of Toronto
University of British Columbia

Does anyone have any idea how my 3.3 gpa at the school mentioned would fare in applying to these schools? Any suggestions of other grad schools I should look into? I'd stay at Case Western, but I want to get out of Cleveland - you may notice all the schools listed are in or near large cities.

Any help would be much appreciated!

First of all- look at your gpa in subjects related to the field you are choosing- low grades in literature won’t matter while low grades in the math/science/engineering classes required for your degree matter a lot more. Do some research on the schools you are interested in- find out the credentials of their grad students if possible. Some schools will indicate they are not interested in anybody with a GRE score below such and such, or state average or median scores of their students. Discuss with your professors- they know people in the field at other schools and will be the ones recommending you, they can tell you where they will give you the best recommendations.
