Can I get into these schools?

I am applying to: York College of PA, University of Pitsburgh, Fordham University, UCSD, DePaul University and VCU. All regular decision except maybe Fordham.

I'm an Asian male, VA resident and I go to an IB school.

GPA: 4.09 (weighted) 3.81 (unweighted)
SAT: 1690/2400 (CR: 570, Math: 620, Writing: 500) It's a bit low, but I retook it this month.
AP: Comparative Government - 4 (My school has limited AP classes)
EC: National Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Key Club, Medical Society (secretary) and I am a member of SGA.

Will my stats get me into the schools I've listed above?

bring up that SAT to about 1900 and you should feel pretty comfortable about those schools.
