Can I get into these schools?

Hey! Do you think I could get into the schools listed below with this?
My grades are
4.2 GPA Freshman year with all Honers classes except for a Latin 1 class (my school doesn't offer honors for Latin) and no AP classes
4.5 GPA Sophomore year with all Honors classes except for 1 AP class and a Latin 2 class (World History)
Guessing about 4.3 GPA for this year (Junior year) with 4 Honors classes, 3 AP classes consisting of AP U.S. History, AP U.S. Government and Politics, and AP European History, and Latin 3.
I got a 180 on my PSAT (so maybe a little bit more on the SAT equivalent score)
Extracurricular-activities:
I interned for my newly-elected senator over my summer after Freshman year
I took part in raising some money so we could go on a 3 day field trip to see a play
I have many hours of community service at my local hospital
I have a job
I am involved in a leadership/policy group (kinda like student council- but more oriented to making policy decisions toward the school, instead of raising and organizing)
Other things:
I play guitar
My parents are deaf, so I am bi-lingual (for ASL) and I have grown up within the deaf community
I am a very..... I'm one of those kids that love politics and will start up a conversation (or argument) often.
I'm a pretty good writer (college essay)
My guidance counselor loves me and looks at me like a protege
My family is quite poor so I'm shooting for colleges that will pay for me
First-generation college student

Here are the colleges (I want to major in Political Science):
University of Virginia
George Washington University
American University
Boston College
Notre Dame
Trinity College (Connecticut)
University of Maine
University of Massachusetts- Boston
College of William and Mary
New York University NYU
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Oberlin College
Wesleyan University
Occidental College
Georgetown (I know I probably can't, but I have to put it on here being a politics geek)
Tufts University

What do you think? Should I shoot lower or higher? Which ones are reaches and which ones are matches?

Thanks!

For the public schools, it’s hard to tell without knowing your state of residency. Based on your PSAT, I’ll assume that you’ll score somewhere between 1800 and 2000 on the SAT.

UVA: High Match (IS), Low Reach (OOS)
GWU: High Match
AU: Match
BC: Low Reach
ND: Reach
Trinity: Match
UM: Safety
UMB: Safety
W&M: High Match (IS), Low Reach (OOS)
NYU: Low Reach
UNC-CH: Match (IS), Low Reach (OOS)
Oberlin: Low Reach
WU: Low Reach
Occidental: Low Match
Gtown: Reach
TU: Low Reach

Are those weighted GPAs? If unweighted, what is the scale? Really need the unweighted GPAs to give you an idea. Your background of deaf parents/bilingual with ASL might be helpful in admissions, so be sure it is in your application somewhere (either in your essays, or in your “additional information” section of the Common App).

These are weighted GPA’s and they are weighted to something like a 4.5, but my school only sends out the weighted GPA’s AND weighted grades- at my school if you are taking honors or AP they bump up your grade 10 points (like a 90 becomes a 100). This is because taking honors or AP is a big deal in my school, and I was one of the first sophomores to take an AP class there. And I’m not in-state for any of them except for the University of Maine.

Does any body else have thoughts?
