Cal states admit by eligibility index and major.

EI= (CSU GPA x200) + (ACT comp x10) so your EI is 960.

For the Cal states:
Sonoma State= Safety
Cal Poly Pomona= Match to High Match (EI of 900+ to be competitive but major is impacted)
CSU Fullerton= Match to High Match (EI of 900+ to be competitive but major is impacted)
SDSU= Low Reach (EI of 1050+ to be competitive and impacted major)

SLO= Reach (does not use EI but MCA points). GPA/Test scores below average along with a low acceptance rate for Biology at around 13%. Average CP GPA was 4.09 and ACT of 30 for last year’s Freshman.

For the UC’s, along with GPA/Test scores, your EC’s and essays will contribute to your chances but GPA is still king. Your GPA is below the average 4.0+ for all but UC Riverside and Merced. Psychology/Biology also happen to be impacted major at the UC’s, so it can be a tough admit.

Based on your UC GPA and test scores:

UCSD: Reach
UCLA: High Reach
UCI: Reach
UCR: Match to High Match
UCM: Low Match

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.40-3.79 (capped weighted) and not major specific:

UCB: 2%
UCLA: 3%
UCSD: 6%
UCD: 15%
UCSB: 14%
UCI: 13%
UCSC: 59%
UCR: 78%
UCM: 92%

25th - 75th percentiles for ACT:
UCB: 30-34
UCLA: 30-34
UCSD: 29-34
UCSB: 28-33
UCD: 26-32
UCI: 26-32
UCSC: 26-31
UCR: 23-30
UCM: 20-27

I suggest you add a few more Cal states to your list unless you are happy with Sonoma as your only safety.

Thank you for answering :]
So you mean my safety are sonoma merced and riverside
