Hello. My top schools are (in no order): UCI, UCR, UCD, UCSB, UCSD, UCLA and UCSC

I would like to know what are my chances for getting into the UC schools I stated above? Here are my stats:
Sophomore Year: (1st semester/2nd semester) *all GPAs weighted
1: Chemistry:A/B
2: English:A/B
3: Religion:A/B
4: Spanish 2: A/A

TOTAL UC GPA Un-weighted: 3.5
TOTAL UC GPA Weighted: 3.73

SAT: 1600 (460 Critical Reading, 550 Math, 590 Writing). I am aiming for an 1850 the second time I retake it

Senior Year Schedule: Physics, AP Government/AP Economics, AP English Literature, AP Calculus AB, and religion of course (Catholic school)

Extracurricular: Gleaning fruits with club/group, helping at local library, helped at math competition during freshman year, played basketball for the city team during freshman year. I also forgot to mention: during my sophomore year, I won the Algebra 2 math award for "excellent academic achievement" in that subject.

-I plan to apply for a major in biological sciences. My plan is to get into medical school. Is there a less competitive major that I can take related to bio sciences that I can get into because I know that biological sciences is very competitive. Do I need to do any other extracurriculars to help it stand out or should I just keep doing what I am doing?

-For my personal statement, I plan to write about the hardships that my mom has with her disease, preventing her to walk for nearly a decade, which is why I want to be a doctor; so I can help find a cure for this disease (Multiple Sclerosis, MS). I also plan to write about the hardships I faced with all the fights between my parents about divorce, constant yelling, etc. (Any tips on my personal statement?)

I know I wrote a lot but all help is appreciated, thank you guys so much!!
